What training looks like

Training covers all the core elements of Muay Thai.

Bag work

Build technique, conditioning and repetition.

Pad work

Work combinations, timing, power and movement.

Partner drills

Practise techniques with another person and learn to apply them with control.

Clinch

Work on balance, control, attacking and defending at close range.

Sparring

Put your skills together in controlled rounds when you’re ready.

Train together

Different experience. Same room.

A big part of Muay Thai is learning from the people around you. Training together means newer members have people to learn from, while experienced members get to work with different partners.

You’ll train at a level that’s right for you. You won’t be expected to spar, clinch or do anything you’re not ready for.

Timetable

Coming soon.

We’re still locking in class days and times. Tell us when you’d actually train and we’ll use it to help shape the timetable.
