One Love Muay Thai

Terms of Service

The terms of your membership.

Effective 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

One Love Muay Thai is operated by VNJR Enterprises Pty Ltd (Rear, Lvl 1 – 406-408 Sydney Road, Coburg, VIC, 3058). These terms apply to your use of this website, your membership, your class bookings, and your visits to the gym. By signing up or training with us, you agree to them. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and the liability waiver and health declaration you sign before your first class — the waiver, not this page, is the operative agreement about risk and injury.

2. Memberships

What each membership includes is set out on our pricing page. In short: Founding Member and Unlimited give you unlimited classes; 2-Class gives you 2 classes per week; the Trial Pass gives new members 3 weeks of unlimited classes; and Casual is a single class, bought one at a time.

Recurring memberships (Founding Member, 2-Class, Unlimited) bill weekly and continue until you cancel. The Trial Pass and Casual classes are one-off payments with no recurring billing. The Founding Member rate is held for as long as your membership continues — pausing keeps it, cancelling or moving to another tier releases the spot to someone on the waitlist and the rate with it.

3. Trial Pass

The Trial Pass is for people who have not trained with us before — one per person. It runs for 3 weeks from your first booked class. We check this at signup against the email address and phone number you give us, and we may decline a Trial Pass where it looks like a repeat.

4. Guest passes

Founding Member, 2-Class and Unlimited memberships include a guest pass: one guest can train with you free, once a week. You add your guest from your member portal to a class you are already booked into, and they hold a real spot in that class.

Your guest must read and sign our waiver and health declaration themselves, using the link we email them, before they can train — you cannot sign it for them. If you cancel your own booking, or we cancel the class, your guest's spot is cancelled with it and your pass is returned to you. Each person gets one free class as a guest. After that, a Trial Pass is the next step for them — $80 for 3 weeks of unlimited classes. Guest passes do not accumulate, and are not transferable or redeemable for anything else.

5. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Weekly memberships are billed in advance on the same day each week, starting the day you sign up.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will email you. While a payment is outstanding your membership is marked past due and class booking is paused until it is resolved. If you think a payment is wrong, email hello@onelovemuaythai.com.au and we will sort it out.

6. Price changes

We may change our prices. If a change affects your membership, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel before it does. The Founding Member rate is not subject to price rises for as long as that membership continues.

7. Pausing your membership

Recurring memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks in any 12-month period, from your member portal. While paused you are not billed and cannot book classes, and your rate and your Founding Member spot are held. Your remaining allowance is shown in the portal.

8. Cancelling and refunds

There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email hello@onelovemuaythai.com.au. Your membership continues until the end of the week you have already paid for, and is not billed again after that.

We do not generally refund weeks you have already been billed for, or unused class credits, but we would rather sort out a problem than stand on that — talk to us. Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 14).

9. Bookings and waitlists

Classes are booked through your member portal and are subject to capacity. When a class is full you can join the waitlist, and you are moved into the class automatically if someone cancels.

You can cancel a booking at any time, including at the last minute — there is no cutoff and no penalty. Please cancel as early as you can so someone on the waitlist can take the spot. If you repeatedly book and do not show up, we may talk to you about it.

10. When we cancel a class

Occasionally we have to cancel a class — a coach is sick, or the gym is closed. We will email everyone booked in as soon as we know. Any class credit used on that booking is returned to you, any guest pass you spent on it is returned, and no class is counted against a weekly allowance for a class that did not run.

11. Health, safety and the waiver

Muay Thai is a full-contact sport with an inherent risk of injury. Before your first class you must complete our liability waiver and health declaration — including emergency contact details and any medical conditions we should know about. Members under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign for them. It is your responsibility to keep that information current and to tell a coach if your health changes. We may refuse participation to anyone who has not signed a current waiver.

12. Code of conduct

We expect everyone to train safely, follow coach instructions, use the required protective equipment, and treat other people in the gym with respect. We may suspend or end a membership — with a refund of any unused prepaid period — for conduct that endangers others, for harassment or discrimination, or for repeated disregard of coach instructions.

13. Personal property

You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not responsible for property lost, stolen or damaged at the gym, except where the loss is caused by our negligence.

14. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be supplied with due care and skill. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

15. Photos and video

We sometimes take photos and video in the gym for our website and social media. You consent to this when you sign the waiver, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling a coach or emailing hello@onelovemuaythai.com.au — it will not affect your membership.

16. Privacy

How we handle your personal information — including your emergency contact and any health information you give us — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. If a change materially affects your membership, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to train with us after that means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
