The space
Training and comfort aren't mutually exclusive.
- A 7x7m competition ring — the real thing, not a corner of a warehouse
- Separate change rooms, so you can train before work and get on with your day
- Two showers and two non-gendered toilets
- Somewhere to sit, because half of what makes a gym is the twenty minutes after class
